We pack it
Orders are packed in resealable, valve-sealed bags within 1–3 business days.
It ships, tracked
You get a tracking number by email. US orders over $45.00 ship free.
Choosing a coffee
The roast scale
Every bag carries five beans that mark its roast level. Lighter roasts keep more of the origin's fruit and acidity; darker roasts trade it for body and bittersweet depth.
Light
Bright acidity, floral and fruit-forward. Best for pour-over.
Light-medium
Sweet and juicy, with more body than a light roast.
Medium
Balanced: caramel, chocolate, gentle acidity.
Medium-dark
Heavier body, cocoa and toasted nut. Good with milk.
Dark
Low acidity, smoky and bold. Classic espresso.
